A klasszikus súlyemelés brutális változata. A használt rúd (tengely) rendkívül vastag és nem forog, ami próbára teszi a fogáserőt és a technikát. A versenyzőnek a súlyt a feje fölé kell juttatnia, ahol a merev tengely miatt a vállak és a tricepsz sokkal nagyobb terhelést kapnak.

A brutal variation of the standard overhead press. The bar is significantly thicker than a regular barbell and does not rotate, making the clean and the press a massive test of grip strength and technique.
